Passing a recently vacated shop while in the line, I noticed the shopfront was almost completely covered in black plastic, save for three circles cut out. The circles revealed three plinths, each with a light shining down to highlight a single bottle of imported Dutch beer (named after a well-known river in the heart of Amsterdam).
Simple, cheap, and highly effective - it delivered the message directly to its target audience through a perfect interface of physical space and creative advertising. And it would go on to form the basis of Winboard: a global, online marketplace linking asset owners and advertisers, to open up an entirely new world of visual communication opportunities.
With Winboard you can now appear, anywhere.
