To ensure creatives are formatted to your desired look, upload campaigns with a 3:1 ratio. Utilise every pixel to your advantage with a minimum clear space boundary of 5px. This ensures your message is not obscured.

File Type: PNG (no more than 10MB)

Campaigns must be static images. Motion/animated creatives are not accepted

Visibility: It is essential to choose colours or images that remain vibrant even under the unforgiving glare of sunlight. Opt for hues that stay true, ensuring your message is vividly visible at any time of day.

Mockup: Once the creatives have been submitted, our team will provide on-vehicle mockups for final approval. This ensures the campaign meets your desired look.

Artwork: If Shiine is not designing the artwork, the finished material is due 24 hours prior to a campaign start date. If artwork or material delivery deadlines are not met, or the campaign is deemed inappropriate the campaign is at risk of delaying.
