Armadale Shopping City is the dominant, food, service and convenience based sub-regional shopping centre at the gateway to Perth’s south-east growth corridor.

Armadale Shopping City is a well-designed racetrack mall, with convenient and abundant parking for 1,533 cars, the majority being undercover. It has a strong representation of national and local chain retailers, is an excellent convenience based shopping centre with major supermarket offerings in Coles and Aldi in addition to Kmart and Target.

One of only eight Strategic Metropolitan Centres in Western Australia designated in the State Government’s metropolitan plan Directions 2031 and Beyond and as such, will continue to be a key focus for retail facilities in the future.
